This policy applies to subscriptions to HeySchool AI purchased from ORNITHOAI Soft Tech Private Limited. Where a school's signed order form says something different, the order form applies.
1. Subscriptions
HeySchool AI is sold as a subscription for a billing period — monthly, termly or yearly — as shown on the order form or plan. Add-ons (for example ID-card printing) are charged as agreed when ordered.
2. Cancelling
- A school can cancel by writing to us from its registered email address at least 30 days before renewal.
- The subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period, and is not renewed.
- The school keeps full access until that date and can export its data.
3. Refunds
Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except:
- a duplicate or mistaken payment — refunded in full;
- where we cancel the service without the school being at fault — the unused part is refunded; or
- where the law requires a refund.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
4. Physical items
Printed items such as ID cards are made to order. They can be replaced or refunded only if they are defective or do not match the approved design — please tell us within 7 days of delivery.
